By accessing and using TiffanyNFT.com (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. NFT Ownership and Rights

When you purchase a TiffanyNFT, you own the underlying NFT completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network. At no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any TiffanyNFT.

  • You have the right to sell, trade, or transfer your NFT
  • Perks and benefits transfer with NFT ownership
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet

3. Perks and Benefits

TiffanyNFT holders are entitled to various perks and benefits as outlined on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove perks at our discretion, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the value proposition for holders.

  • Perks are subject to availability and partner terms
  • Some perks may have geographic restrictions
  • Tier benefits are determined by the number of NFTs held
  • We are not responsible for partner service quality

4. Blockchain and Gas Fees

All transactions on the Ethereum blockchain require payment of gas fees. These fees are paid to network validators and are not controlled by or paid to TiffanyNFT. Gas fees are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the smart contract
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Abuse or exploit perks and benefits

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE PLATFORM AND NFTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the value, utility, or availability of NFTs or perks. Cryptocurrency and NFT markets are highly volatile and speculative.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TiffanyNFT and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
